While we take utmost care to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate, minor variations in color, size, or packaging may occur. All specifications such as moisture levels, mesh size, and essential oil content are provided based on standard testing methods.

3. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are quoted in USD (or agreed currency) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a written Purchase Order and agreed payment terms.
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) may apply to certain products.

4. Payment Terms

Payments shall be made as per mutually agreed terms (e.g., advance payment, Letter of Credit, or bank transfer). Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines depend on product availability, order size, and shipping method.
• All shipments are subject to international trade regulations, export documentation, and customs clearance.
• Risk and title of goods transfer to the buyer once the shipment leaves our facility (unless otherwise agreed).

6. Quality Assurance

Oceanpath Exports follows strict quality standards. Certificates (ISO, HACCP, FSSAI, etc.) can be provided upon request. However, liability is limited to product replacement or refund as per agreed terms in case of genuine quality issues.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, are the intellectual property of Oceanpath Exports. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Oceanpath Exports shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delays, or third-party logistics.

9. Governing Law

All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Jurisdiction will lie exclusively with the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
